Manage counter sales and inventory
Use the reports dashboard to review sales summaries, charts, recent orders, payment reports and inventory alerts. Export orders as CSV from the POS dashboard. Staff can save an active cart and continue checkout later across devices, which helps when a transaction needs to pause.
- Control which POS pages and actions cashiers can access.
- Customize receipt headers, footers and fields, then print receipts from the POS screen.
- Monitor low-stock and out-of-stock products.
- Update stock, categories, tags and pricing from the POS workflow.
- Assign outlets to vendors and cashiers, and switch between the classic and modern interface.
At the counter, staff can find or scan products, create a cart, apply discounts or fees, and complete the order. Fractional quantities suit items sold by weight or in other decimal amounts. Product and stock changes remain connected to the store's WooCommerce data.
Dokan vendor operations
With Dokan active and its integration enabled, each vendor can use a POS dashboard for their own products, customers, orders, reports and options. Vendor data is separated from other marketplace participants. Vendor staff can operate POS counters with automatic permission handling, while vendors manage their own taxes, receipts, outlets, currency settings and POS preferences. Administrators retain marketplace-wide control and can assign outlets to vendors and cashiers or control access to POS sections, pages and actions.
Installation and setup
- Install and activate wePOS with WooCommerce configured for the store.

- Connect the store's product and inventory workflow, then test barcode scanning, fractional quantities, saved carts and receipt printing.
