Google feed types and other channels
Google feed options cover seven types: Primary, Supplemental, Promotions, Local Inventory, Manufacturer Center, Dynamic Remarketing, and Product Ratings. A Primary feed can carry the main catalog; Supplemental feeds can add or override data; Promotions feeds support sales and special offers; and Local Inventory feeds can display in-store availability.
Pro also includes feed options for Amazon, eBay, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Etsy, alongside Google Merchant Center feeds.
Map fields and select products
The plugin automatically maps required attributes. Edit rules let you transform product data as the feed is generated, and product filters let you exclude items from a selected feed. Pro adds advanced filtering logic for more control over which products and attributes appear.
- Map WooCommerce product data to feed attributes.
- Apply edit rules to adjust generated values.
- Filter products for each feed.
- Create feeds for Google and the additional supported channels.
From setup to scheduled refresh
Install and activate the add-on, then open its feed management area. Choose a feed type, review the prefilled required attributes, and configure mappings, edit rules, and filters. Generate the feed URL and add it to Google Merchant Center or the relevant supported channel. Set an automatic update schedule where applicable so feed data can be regenerated as product information changes.
The plugin description says its feed formats follow Google Merchant Center requirements and CSS guidelines, with updates when Google changes its feed specifications.
Language and store integrations
Pro supports multilingual workflows through WPML, Polylang, and TranslatePress. WordPress hooks let developers tailor feed fields. The plugin also works with Yoast, RankMath, WooCommerce Brands, Germanized, currency switchers, and other store tools.
Optional admin capabilities and data
Two optional, admin-only capabilities make HTTPS requests to the plugin provider. When an administrator opens Feed List, a content check looks for new content and can fetch its featured picture. The request sends no personal information or product, order, or customer data, though the remote server receives standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and referrer.
The optional Google Shopping Checklist signup sends the submitted email address, first name, and last name only when an administrator submits the form. This information is used to deliver the checklist, and each email includes an unsubscribe link.
