WordPress plugin
WPMobile.App: a WebView app built around your WordPress site
WPMobile.App creates an app that shows your website through a mobile-optimized WebView. Your posts, pages, and products stay managed in WordPress, and content changes appear in the app without a new store submission for each update. Changes to the app itself may require a new create and submission.
Put your WordPress site in an Android or iOS app
WPMobile.App creates an app that shows your website through a mobile-optimized WebView. Your posts, pages, and products stay managed in WordPress, and content changes appear in the app without a new store submission for each update. Changes to the app itself may require a new create and submission.
Set the app name, look, and navigation
Configure the app name, icon, colors, and navigation from your WordPress dashboard. The published app uses your branding without WPMobile.App branding or advertising added by the developer. Coding is not required.
Preview the experience on your phone
Install the plugin and use the free WPMobile.App demo app to check your website's design, navigation, and important pages before purchasing a license. For a WooCommerce site, preview product pages, the cart, and checkout with your theme, extensions, and payment methods.
Send notifications and review app activity
Send unlimited push notifications manually or trigger them automatically for new posts. Notifications can include pictures and links, and you can choose their target audience. Delivery uses your Firebase and Apple accounts; WPMobile.App charges no per-notification fees.
View usage statistics in WordPress, including installations, popular pages, device types, and visitor languages. The statistics are hosted on your website.
Choose a lifetime license and submit your build
The WordPress extension is free to install, but generating your own app for publication requires a paid license. The Android license costs EUR 129, the iOS license costs EUR 129, and the Android and iOS license costs EUR 239. Prices exclude VAT. Each is a one-time payment for a lifetime license, with no WPMobile.App subscription.
After configuring and previewing the app, purchase the appropriate license, generate the build, and follow the step-by-step instructions to submit it through your own Google Play or Apple developer account. Those accounts are required, and their registration or membership fees are separate. Android Studio and Xcode are not required to generate the build. Apple and Google review submissions independently, so store approval depends on their requirements.
Support with configuration and publication preparation is available directly from Amauri, the developer.
