Compare plan costs
MyWorks lists Rise at $19 per month, Grow at $45, Scale at $79 and Soar at $99, with these prices billed annually. Launch is described as forever free. The plans provide options for various order volumes and functionality needs.
Connect the store and accounting account
Install MyWorks Sync on your WooCommerce store, create or use a MyWorks account, then connect the store to QuickBooks Online through the MyWorks Sync QuickBooks App. After connecting, configure the data types, mappings and automatic sync options. New data starts syncing after setup; use the historical data tools to select older records.
A MyWorks account with a Launch plan, an active MyWorks trial, or a paid plan is required to connect. The company says connection keys and details are stored securely and transmitted data passes directly from the site to QuickBooks Online.
MyWorks offers separate integrations for QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks POS, Xero and Shopify; these require different plans or extensions.
