Registration choices shape affiliate applications
Use the default registration form or create an advanced form with unlimited fields. You can request a site or blog URL, social channel links, or a short biography, then mark selected fields as mandatory. Add a Terms and Conditions checkbox, and approve affiliates manually or automatically after registration.
Referral cookies connect visits to orders
The extension can capture a referrer ID from a query string and store the referral token in a cookie. Set the cookie name and expiration period so a purchase can still be credited when the visit and order happen in separate sessions. Premium controls include keeping cookie history, replacing the cookie when another referral link is visited, and deleting it after checkout.
Assign coupons to affiliates so eligible orders using those coupons can generate commissions for the associated affiliate. The plugin can also register visits and visitor IP addresses. Choose when a repeat visit from the same visitor and referrer counts as a new visit, and set an interval for automatic deletion of visit logs.
Commission rules determine eligible earnings
Set a default commission rate, then override it for selected users, user roles, or products. Exclude products, categories, and tags from commission calculations, and exclude users or user roles from the affiliate program. You can exclude taxes and discounts from commissions, prevent commissions on affiliates' own purchases, and associate an order with a specific affiliate.
Affiliate dashboards display activity and requests
Make the affiliate dashboard available as an endpoint in the WooCommerce My Account area or add it to a custom page with a shortcode. Affiliates can view visits, commissions, payment status, personal information, and statistics, then share their referral links on social media. They can also request commission payments and upload or generate invoices for withdrawal requests.
Payment methods and schedules set payout timing
Pay commissions manually by direct bank or wire transfer, or configure automatic payments. Available schedules include payment at a threshold, on a specific day of the month, on that day when the threshold is reached, or daily. Set minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts. Refunded orders can automatically reduce the related commission total.
Payment options also include PayPal, PayPal Payout with YITH PayPal Payouts for WooCommerce, Stripe with YITH Stripe Connect for WooCommerce, and Account Funds with YITH WooCommerce Account Funds. Affiliates can receive email notifications when a commission is generated or paid, and administrators can receive an email when a payment is issued.
Reports support review and administration
Review reports on visits, commissions, earnings, popular affiliates, and popular products. A visit summary shows referral activity and conversion status, while an affiliate detail page brings together personal information, commissions, and statistics. Export affiliate and commission data to CSV, and associate old commissions with new users who have the same token.
Installation
Upload the plugin folder to your WordPress website's wp-content/extensions/ directory and activate it from the Plugins page. Configure affiliate registration, referral, commission, dashboard, and payment settings under the YITH menu. Add the registration or dashboard shortcode when using a custom page, then review tracking and withdrawal options before inviting affiliates.
