UCSM Pro is a WordPress add-on for creating coming soon, maintenance, under-construction, redirect, and landing pages. Its native Gutenberg templates can be imported with one click and edited block by block in the WordPress editor. The Pro library includes more than 29 templates.

Choose a mode and its scope

Coming Soon mode displays a pre-launch page and includes Google index permissions. Maintenance mode displays a notice during updates and sets the website to no-index while active. Under Construction mode displays a page while the site is being built, with a setting for whether search engines can index it. Redirect Mode sends pages to another URL.

Activation can apply to a specific page or across the site. Global page support lets you assign an existing WordPress page as the Coming Soon, Maintenance, or Under Construction page. Role-based access controls determine who can view the temporary page, and a setting can show it only to users who are not logged in.

Customize the page and visitor actions

After importing a template, edit its text, backgrounds, colors, fonts, and layout in Gutenberg. Add a text or graphic logo and social media icons. Pages are designed for desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts, and the add-on supports WordPress multisite, translations, and use with any WordPress theme.

Add a countdown to show when the site is expected to launch or return. The Pro collection includes seven countdown styles, such as button, circle, and vertical slider designs. When the timer reaches zero, its action can launch the site or reveal news.

Newsletter utilities collect visitor email addresses and include subscriber list viewing and export. The plugin also supports email notifications about user interactions.

Settings and Pro plan

SEO options include meta titles, meta descriptions, and meta keywords. Google Analytics can be connected with G-Tag. The React-based dashboard uses AJAX to update settings without a page reload.

The Pro plan includes regular updates, new templates, priority email support, and access to current and future plugin functions. It can be installed on unlimited sites. The plan is described as pay as you use and lists a 10% discount on renewal.

Install and activate

1. Install and activate UCSM Pro in WordPress.
2. Open the plugin dashboard and choose Coming Soon, Maintenance, Under Construction, or Redirect mode.
3. Select a Gutenberg template and import it with one click.
4. Edit the imported blocks, add branding, configure countdown or newsletter settings, and adjust SEO options.
5. Choose whether activation applies to a page or the entire site, then publish and activate the selected mode.
