SurveyX Builder Pro creates WordPress surveys, polls, quizzes, and feedback forms in a visual editor. Pro removes the free survey’s one-question limit and supports unlimited questions arranged across pages. Responses are stored in your WordPress database.

Use it for customer feedback, quizzes, HR surveys, event forms, market research, or surveys about education, health, and lifestyle topics.

Question formats and answer paths

The question library has 13 types, including rating questions, opinion scales from 0 to 10 for NPS, matrix or Likert grids, date fields, file uploads, and contact information fields alongside the core settings. Skip logic and branching can send respondents to different questions based on their answers. Answer recall is also available within the survey experience.

Publish a standalone page or embed

Activate a survey on its own shareable page, with a path such as /survey/123/your-survey-name/. Share the page in an email, newsletter, social post, or QR code. Survey pages include Open Graph and Twitter card tags for link previews, and you can configure the URL base in Settings.

For placement within existing content, use the [surveyx id="X"] shortcode in a post, page, or widget, or add a Gutenberg or Elementor block. Pro also includes a search-indexing switch for each survey and a redirect option after submission.

Branding, templates, and reporting

The Pro branding option lets you replace the SurveyX credit with your own logo, link, and wording. The template library has more than 250 options for topics such as customer feedback, quizzes, personality tests, HR, events, market research, education, health, and lifestyle.

The analytics dashboard shows responses, completion rate, and drop-off. Revision history uses autosave and lets you restore a recent version. Six themes provide ready-to-use designs. The add-on includes unlimited surveys and responses without per-response pricing.

Spam protection and translation

Spam-protection options include invisible Google reCAPTCHA v3, built-in Google reCAPTCHA v2, and Cloudflare Turnstile. The plugin is translation ready and works with WPML and other translation plugins.

Set up and publish

Install and activate SurveyX Builder Pro in WordPress, then make a survey in the visual editor using a template or your own questions. Configure navigation, branching, branding, indexing, and submission behavior. Publish the dedicated survey page or place the shortcode or block in your chosen content area.
