Options for Twenty Twenty Premium adds settings for the WordPress Twenty Twenty theme. Site-wide controls cover styling, navigation, headers, content, footers, and the Cover Template. Premium settings extend control to individual posts and pages, taxonomy layouts, sidebars, search, and menu behavior.
Style the site and its navigation
General settings can disable the Inter Var WOFF2 font, apply one template to posts or pages, set a default text color, remove link underlines, and change social menu icon colors. You can select a grid template for taxonomy, post, or blog pages and set the primary color hue with a hex control. Background settings can remove the picture on smaller screens or fix its parallax effect on Apple iOS mobile devices.
Navigation settings adjust its width and background, site title and description, menu link typography, submenu colors, and social menu visibility. You can move the description below the title on large screens, conceal the description or the “Menu” and “Search” labels below icons, and choose a hamburger icon or Dashicon for the menu toggle.
Adjust headers, content, and footers
Header controls can hide archive headers, titles, categories, or single-post excerpts; align archive titles, descriptions, header titles, and post meta; remove archive title prefixes; and style title typography. You can make the header background transparent or use a featured image behind it, change its width, and adjust title padding.
Content settings can add Yoast SEO or Breadcrumb NavXT breadcrumbs above page content, hide or reposition featured images, make them full width, change content width and link colors, choose post meta items, style the post separator, hide previous and next post links, and set a button background color.
Footer options include positioning the footer at the bottom of the browser window, setting its background, adjusting spacing and text styling, hiding the footer or “To The Top” link, and aligning copyright text. You can also reorder footer sections, add third or fourth widget-ready footer sidebars, replace “Powered by WordPress” text, link to a chosen copyright page, and add social icons.
What can Premium change per post or page?
Premium settings can override the “Force Template” choice on an individual post or page, use the Cover Template on taxonomy pages, and add a “True Parallax” effect to a background image. You can inject a sidebar, place it to the left or right of the content, and set its width, widget spacing, and typography.
Other Premium controls limit site search to a chosen post type, animate the close toggle on expanded or mobile menus, and add widget areas above or below those menus. Desktop and mobile navigation can use a sticky bar or button, with a chosen background color, dropshadow, and 3D dropshadow animation. A slider can be placed behind the Cover Template header.
Editor controls and setup
In the editor, you can display or hide the header, header title, and featured image, and inject a slider behind the Cover Template header. To use the extension, install and activate it through WordPress, then open its settings from Appearance and choose the Twenty Twenty options to apply. Use the editor controls on individual content where available.
