Choose data for each export

Order Export for WooCommerce PRO creates XLS, XLSX, or CSV files from WooCommerce data. For an order review, filter the orders to include, select the fields, and download the file with one click. Exports can include orders and products.

Use PRO fields for other store tasks

PRO adds additional order fields and export settings for customer, shipping, coupon, category, and tag data. Select the information needed for each file, such as customer or shipping details alongside order information.

Set the column order and labels

Drag and drop columns to arrange them. On the export page, enter a preferred name for each column header or keep its default name. Changed names are used in the next export.

Download a file or schedule exports

Download a one-time export when it is ready. For recurring data collection, configure a schedule. Scheduled files can be delivered by email or made available directly from the shop.

Set up the export

After installation and activation, open WooCommerce > Order Export+, choose the data and filters, then arrange the columns and set any preferred names. Download the file or configure a schedule.
