Flexible Refund for WooCommerce - EU One Click Return PRO organizes customer refund and return requests in WooCommerce. Customers can submit a request from My Account orders and follow its status. The account flow also supports one-click submission of withdrawal refund requests.

Choose request types and eligibility rules

Customers can request a full-order refund or, with PRO, select products and quantities for a partial refund. PRO includes separate Refund, Reclamation, and Repair requests, each with its own form settings. Multiple requests for the same order can be managed independently.

Control refund button visibility by user role, order status, product, product category, or payment method. Product and category conditions can use ANY or ALL matching. Availability periods can be measured from the order date in hours, days, weeks, months, or years. Customers can also use a PRO button to cancel orders with Pending payment or On hold status.

Collect details through tailored forms

Forms support Text, Textarea, Checkbox, Radio, and Select fields, with PRO adding Multi Select, Upload, and HTML. Configure labels, descriptions, required answers, settings, placeholders, CSS classes, and text length limits; fields can be reordered with drag and drop. Required checkboxes can ask customers to acknowledge shop policies, and form emails can include a link to a selected policy page.

PRO guest forms accept requests for guest orders after the customer verifies the order reference and billing email address. Public shortcodes let you publish Refund, Reclamation, and Repair forms. Guest customers can check request status through an access-key link sent by email. For orders linked to customer accounts, public request pages direct customers to log in.

Review requests and communicate decisions

Administrators can review submissions in the request management area or from the WooCommerce order edit screen, add customer notes, and update request statuses. Customers can cancel a refund request while it is Requested or Verifying. Email notifications can report submissions and status changes; their content is editable and supports order and request placeholders. PRO lets administrators choose recipients for new request notifications.

PRO can automatically approve Refund requests or generate a WooCommerce coupon after approval. Approving a Refund request makes a WooCommerce refund, while reimbursement through a payment gateway depends on that gateway's refund support. Approving a Reclamation or Repair request completes it without processing a monetary refund.

Shipping can be excluded from a refund, included automatically, or left for the customer to choose.
