Order Delivery Date Pro for WooCommerce adds delivery date and time selection to checkout. Customers can select a preferred date in classic WooCommerce Cart and Checkout pages or WooCommerce Cart and Checkout Blocks. Florists, bakeries, grocery and meal delivery businesses, gift shops, and local retailers can schedule orders prepared or delivered for a chosen date.

Set the delivery calendar and capacity

Choose the weekdays available for delivery and block holidays or other dates when orders cannot be accepted. Set preparation time, also called lead time, before the next available delivery date. Daily limits cap the number of orders accepted for each date, helping stores plan around available staff, vehicles, or preparation capacity.

Control customer date and time choices

Make the delivery date field mandatory, automatically choose the first available date, or tailor its label. You can disable date selection for virtual or featured products that do not need delivery scheduling.

Offer time slots with delivery dates. Create slots individually or generate them in bulk with fixed durations and intervals. Block specific slots for selected weekdays or dates so checkout reflects the hours you can serve.

Apply scheduling rules to orders

Pro schedules can depend on shipping methods, product categories, shipping classes, user roles, and pickup locations. Configure same-day or next-day delivery with cut-off times. Delivery charges can vary by delivery urgency or selected date.

Review and update booked deliveries

The selected delivery date and time appear in WooCommerce orders. Administrators can edit dates in the dashboard and notify clients about changes. Customers can update their delivery date in My Account, and delivery date information is available in the WooCommerce mobile app.

Google Calendar synchronization helps with delivery planning. The plugin is compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and works with recurring deliveries with WooCommerce Subscriptions compatibility. It also includes integrations with popular WooCommerce shipping and marketplace plugins.
