Role Based Pricing for Woo by Meow Crew Premium lets WooCommerce stores set prices and purchase conditions for user roles or individual customer accounts. It can support wholesale, membership, and other customer-specific pricing arrangements.

Choose who a pricing rule covers

Create custom roles with the same capabilities as regular WordPress roles. Rules can apply to a role, one user, or multiple accounts, and can be created, activated, or suspended. General rules can cover an entire category, selected categories, or separate products. Product-level rules apply to an individual product.

Set prices and quantity conditions

Set flat prices for a role or account, with regular and sale prices available, or use a percentage discount. For percentage rules, select the regular or sale price as the base. Personal prices can be displayed as sale prices.

For each product and user role, set minimum and maximum quantities per order and define a quantity step. These rules can set order limits or require purchases in specified increments.

Manage guest access and taxes

For users who are not logged in, choose to prevent purchases or hide prices. You can also personalize the add-to-cart label and error message shown to these visitors.

Tax options for each role can differ from the store defaults. Taxes can be disabled for a role or hidden on shop and checkout pages.

Product compatibility and pricing data

Role-based and customer-based pricing works with simple, variable, grouped, and subscription products, including virtual and physical products. The add-on also lists compatibility with WooCommerce Product Add-ons.

Use the default WooCommerce Import/Export tool to manage role- and customer-based pricing data. WP All Import can import role-based prices.

Configure the plugin

Install and activate the plugin on a WooCommerce website. Configure its settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Role\Customer Based Pricing. Manage general role-based or customer-based pricing and quantity rules under WooCommerce > Pricing rules. For product-specific rules, open a product and use its Role\User pricing tab.
