MailOptin Premium: WordPress Popups and Newsletters
MailOptin Premium and Pro are paid WordPress editions for creating opt-in campaigns, user registration forms, and email newsletters. A drag-and-drop builder is used to make forms and newsletter templates. Campaigns can appear as lightbox or modal popups, before or after posts, in notification bars, as slide-ins or scroll boxes, and in sidebar widgets. Calls to action pair a targeted message with a button.
When visitors see an opt-in campaign

Calls to action pair a targeted message with a button.
Page-level targeting lets you display a signup form on selected posts and pages. Premium adds campaign rules and triggers for page views, time on site, scroll depth, clicks, exit intent, referral source, device type, and WooCommerce activity. Store conditions include products in the cart, purchase history, cart entry count or total, and customer spend.
After a signup or conversion
A form can close, close and reload the page, or redirect to a custom URL. Premium also supports running JavaScript after conversion and passing lead data to the redirect URL. MailOptin uses honeypot spam protection; Premium adds reCAPTCHA and Cloudflare Turnstile. The add-on describes its opt-in forms as GDPR-compliant.
Premium campaign tools include A/B testing, content locking, custom fields, scheduling, analytics, custom CSS, show effects, and sound effects. Leads can be stored in MailOptin with details such as referral source, conversion time, and where the conversion occurred. Forms can also be embedded with shortcodes or theme template tags. Other options include an autoresponder, email notifications after conversion, Facebook Custom Audience integration, and email-list signup after user registration or comment submission.
When WordPress publishes new content
MailOptin can send new-post notification newsletters to registered visitors or users with selected roles, immediately after publication or on a schedule. Notifications can be limited to chosen post categories or tags. Premium also supports email digests that collect published posts for daily, weekly, or monthly newsletters.
Broadcasts send one-off emails to registered users. Automated newsletters and event-triggered emails can connect to email marketing services. Integrations listed by the extension include Mailchimp, AWeber, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Kit, Brevo, SendGrid, Mailjet, MailerLite, and others.
When an audience belongs to another service
Pro can send messages to audiences connected through MemberPress, LearnDash, Tutor LMS, Paid Memberships Pro, Restrict Content Pro, LifterLMS, Easy Digital Downloads, WooCommerce, WooCommerce Subscriptions, WooCommerce Memberships, and GiveWP. The available audience depends on the connected service and selected edition.
For example, a site can notify subscribers when an article is published, send a broadcast to registered users, or deliver newsletter content to customers or members connected through one of these services.
Set up the workflow
Install MailOptin on your WordPress site and choose the Premium or Pro edition. Build an opt-in, registration form, popup, or newsletter with the form and template builder. Choose where it appears and set page targeting, connect the relevant email service or WordPress audience, configure conversion actions, then make post notifications, digests, or broadcasts as needed.
