Build and style subscription forms

MailChimp Subscribe Form Premium is a WordPress add-on for creating email signup forms and opt-in displays without coding. Choose from more than 60 free templates, then use the visual template editor to adjust form styling. The premium edition unlocks more than 50 additional templates and includes form styling controls.

Choose a show format

Create popups, flyins, subscribe bars, or full-page opt-in forms. The extension supports unlimited responsive forms, including AJAX forms when that submission option is used.

Route and export subscriber data

The plugin supports MailChimp and GetResponse, with premium integrations for major email services. Forms can send subscriber data directly to MailChimp or save it in the site database. Database-stored submissions can be downloaded as a CSV file for use with an email marketing service.

Place forms on your site

Add a form to a post or page with its shortcode. Shortcodes are also supported in widgets. The plugin can be used with the separate Landing Page Builder Landing Page plugin to include forms in landing-page processes.
