Choose a form layout
The four base layouts are inline, modal popup, floating top bar, and floating bottom bar. Pro adds a fifth option: an auto-popup that can appear after a defined delay. Popup timing options control when and how it appears. Forms adapt to desktop, tablet, and mobile screens, and multiple forms can be used across posts, pages, and templates.
Style fields and themes
Choose from ten ready-made themes, then adjust margins, padding, borders, and spacing. Upload a logo for a consistent visual identity. Show or hide fields such as first name, last name, and email, and edit their labels and placeholder text. Customize button text, color, padding, and border radius. Typography controls cover labels, inputs, and messages; success and error messages can have separate colors and font options.
Reuse forms in other areas
Shortcode support lets you place a Mailchimp form in widgets, templates, and other areas that do not use the block editor, where shortcode placement is supported. The pattern library includes importable form patterns that you can edit after insertion.
Common uses
Marketers and influencers can collect newsletter subscribers, while course creators can stay in touch with students. Nonprofits and community groups can gather contacts for updates or donations, and event planners can collect registrations and attendee leads. E-commerce stores, local businesses, restaurants, real estate agents, travel agencies, artists, photographers, and other creators can use forms to build an audience around their offers and content.
