Review requests after an order

CusRev Pro is the paid plan of Customer Reviews for WooCommerce, which collects, displays, and manages customer feedback in a WooCommerce shop. The review workflow can send a personalized email after an order is fulfilled and marked completed. Choose the delay, then customers can review several entries from that order on one aggregated form. Submitted reviews use WooCommerce’s standard review format.

Send reminders automatically or invite customers manually by email for selected orders. Manual WhatsApp invitations use a click-to-chat integration. With self-hosted review forms enabled, an order can also have a QR code linking to its aggregated form; the usual eligibility and expiration settings apply.

Reviews and product questions

Customers can submit ratings, photos, and videos. Review forms can also include additional rating criteria and questions about customer attributes. Stores may offer a discount code for a future purchase; coupon rules can award it regardless of whether the review is positive or negative.

Product pages can include a Questions and Answers section where customers ask and answer product questions or FAQs. Email notifications can bring customers back when someone replies. Review display utilities include a summary bar, rating filters, visitor voting, trust badges, and review grids or sliders available through shortcodes and blocks.

Review data and integrations

Import and export product reviews, store reviews, and product questions and answers using CSV documents. Review files can include images and videos. An optional external service integration is available for verifying customer reviews.

Google Shopping support includes XML feeds for products and product reviews. Review structured data can help search engines interpret review content, but valid markup only makes a page eligible for organic review stars; it does not guarantee that Google will display them. Review forms can use Cloudflare Turnstile, hCaptcha, or reCAPTCHA V2 or V3. These CAPTCHA options require a site key and secret key from the selected service, entered in the add-on settings.

Pro plan and setup

CusRev offers Free and Pro plans. Pro includes additional functions and email support. Install and activate WooCommerce first, since the plugin will not work without it. After installing the plugin, configure it under Reviews > Settings in the WordPress admin area, then test the email and review workflow before inviting customers.
