Build feeds from WooCommerce catalog data

Batch processing runs feed generation in the background and is designed to reduce timeouts. Scheduled updates can refresh feed pricing and availability on a regular basis.

Choose products and shape feed values

Advanced filters include or exclude products by category, stock status, price range, product type, individual product selection, or other conditions. Dynamic attributes let you create feed fields and combine multiple catalog values. Transformations can apply price markups or markdowns, replace strings, use conditional logic, or match patterns.

Feed optimization options include removing HTML from descriptions, optimizing picture URLs, formatting prices by locale, mapping availability statuses, customizing category paths, and adding UTM parameters.

Match channel and catalog requirements

Google feed fields include titles, descriptions, links, images, prices, sale prices, availability, condition, brand, GTIN, MPN, SKU, EAN, UPC, shipping, tax, custom labels, and Google Product Category mapping. Local Inventory Ads and Google Promotions feed support are also listed. For social commerce, available workflows include Facebook and Instagram catalog feeds, TikTok Seller Center feeds, and Snapchat support.

Supported WooCommerce product types include simple, variable, grouped, external or affiliate, subscription, bundle, and composite products. Multi-vendor feeds are supported for setups using Dokan, WCFM Marketplace, WC Vendors, MultiVendorX, or WC Marketplace. Pro support also includes multilingual and multi-currency integrations for WPML, Polylang, TranslatePress, Weglot, and CURCY. WooCommerce Subscriptions support includes subscription cost, billing period mapping, and recurring price feeds.

Product data can be prepared with HTML and shortcode stripping, schema-compliant output, and semantic data preparation.

Set up generation and delivery

Install CTXFeed Pro on the WooCommerce website that manages the catalog. Select a channel template or create a custom XML structure, select an export format, map product attributes, and apply filters. Review transformations, then schedule feed updates when regular synchronization is needed. After configuration, use FTP or SFTP auto-upload, or connect to Merchant Center through the Google Content API where appropriate.
