Free Shipping Per Product Pro adds a WooCommerce shipping method that can offer free shipping for the entire cart when it contains at least one product assigned to the free-shipping class. The method must also be available in the customer’s shipping zone. Other products in the cart do not need the class.

Product eligibility and zone availability

The shipping class identifies which products can qualify a cart. Shipping zones determine where the method is available. Set up each according to your product selection and delivery areas.

Checkout and rate calculation choices

In the method settings, select whether to hide other shipping methods at checkout when free shipping is available. Keep them visible when customers should have other choices, or conceal them when free shipping should be the available method.

A separate setting controls whether products in the free-shipping class are removed from other methods’ shipping calculations. Leave them out of those calculations when they should not affect other rates; disable that removal when other methods should include them.

Set up the method

1. Install and activate the plugin.
2. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones.
3. Assign Free Shipping Per Product to one or more shipping zones.
4. In the method’s options, choose whether to hide other shipping methods when free shipping is available.
5. Create a shipping class with the slug free-shipping and assign it to the products that should qualify.
