Build and arrange form fields
Use the visual drag-and-drop builder to add fields, set labels, and configure validation rules. Labels and validation messages support any language, including special characters. For a two-, three-, or four-column layout, assign the predefined column2, column3, or column4 CSS class to fields that should share a line.
Choose how messages reach your team
Customize notification content as plain text or HTML, and enable or disable administrator notifications and user confirmations separately. You can also configure an automatic reply for the person who submits a form. A fixed sender address is recommended because some hosting providers restrict sending from a user’s address; the visitor’s address can be used as the reply-to address.
From the messages list, you can reply directly to a submitter. The built-in AI assistant can draft a response from brief instructions using a free service that requires no API key or external account. Sent replies are added to the message record.
Choose classic or Ajax submission. After submission, visitors can be redirected to a thank-you page or shown a confirmation message on the same page without a refresh.
Search, print, and export submissions
Review saved messages by text, date range, or form. You can edit or delete individual records, print a list for a selected date range, and export filtered data to CSV or Excel.
Review form activity
Reports include submissions per day, submissions by hour, and counts for values in a selected form or metadata field. Automatic reports can cover all forms or one form on a configured interval, with submitted data attached as a CSV or Excel file.
Configure CAPTCHA and data settings
Built-in CAPTCHA delivers an anti-spam option without relying on an external anti-spam service. IP tracking can be disabled, and a terms acceptance field is available.
Install and adjust character encoding
Before installing the Pro edition, delete the free version if it is installed. The supplied installation guidance says this does not remove the add-on’s data or settings. After installation, configure fields, validation, recipients, and submission behavior in the administration area. If non-Latin characters show incorrectly, use the troubleshoot area to adjust database encoding; UTF-8 is the suggested first option.
