Extend a Property Hive website

Property Hive Pro adds utilities to the Property Hive core extension for real estate businesses handling sales, lettings and rentals, commercial property, student accommodation, new homes, farms and land. The core add-on stores and handles property records, makes search forms and results, publishes property detail pages, and collects enquiries or viewing requests. Pro extends that foundation with listing imports, portal distribution and more ways to manage searches and property information.

Bring listings in and distribute them

Property Hive Pro can automatically import listings from CRM systems including Alto, Street, Loop, Reapit, 10Ninety, SME Professional, dezrez, Kyero, agentOS, Juvo, Jupix, Arthur Online, VaultEA and Kato, among others. This lets agencies use existing property data on their WordPress site instead of entering each listing manually.

For outward distribution, the property portal builder manages feeds to portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, as well as many other property portals.

Property Hive works with standard WordPress themes and the free Honeycomb theme. Customisable templates support bespoke layouts, and the plugin is compatible with Elementor and Divi. It integrates with the WordPress REST API and includes more than 250 hooks, filters and actions for developers extending a site.

Property Hive can be white labelled and branded for a project. The plugin is open source, with GitHub available for code contributions and issue reports. Developers can also view the feature roadmap and comment on or follow feature cards.

Property Hive Pro adds CRM tools, including a calendar and tasks, to help organise day-to-day agency activity in WordPress.

Install and configure

Install Property Hive Pro on the WordPress website where Property Hive is in use, then configure the Pro functions for the agency’s workflow. For external listings, add CRM import options; for distribution, configure portal feeds. Templates, searches and display tools can also be adjusted to suit the site.
