Premium: visitor context and messaging

Premium includes paid real-time visitor monitoring. Agents can see active visitor counts and details such as country, recently viewed pages, referring site, new or returning status, IP address, operating system and browser, then use the monitoring view to start a live chat.

Proactive chat can begin after a defined number of seconds. Smart Messages show custom text in selected visitor scenarios, and Premium allows unlimited saved replies. The responsive chat widget adapts to smartphones, while mobile and desktop apps let agents manage conversations. Premium starts with one live chat agent, with additional agents available. Desktop notifications alert agents to incoming chats, and typing indicators display when a visitor or agent is writing.

AI chatbots that use ChatGPT technology are a paid feature add-on and can answer common visitor questions. Custom chatbots can also be added to Premium as a paid add-on. They can qualify leads, book meetings and provide product or service information without an agent joining every conversation.

Setup

Install and activate Buttonizer in WordPress, connect the account and select the Premium or Professional package. Choose contact actions, a button or menu layout, colors, language and display behavior. Configure the package functions and any paid add-ons you plan to use, then check the widget on desktop and mobile.
