Choose which places appear
Restrict suggestions by country or use one of three place-type restrictions to focus results on categories such as schools, restaurants, cities, or addresses. The add-on also includes a location button and supports the Place API, including the new Place API.
Map and place tools
The Pro capability set includes a map field, distance calculation, and place details. These options can support forms that collect or compare locations, request place information, or let users enter a location through a map field.
Configure field autocomplete
- From the Gravity Forms menu, open Autocomplete API settings. Enter the Google Maps API key and save.
- Create or edit a form, then add or edit an address field.
- In the field settings, enable Enable Autocomplete with Google Places API and save the form.
The selected field can then provide place suggestions. Configure country, place type, map, distance, and place details options as needed for the form.
