SpeakOut! Pro for WordPress Petition Campaigns
SpeakOut! Pro extends SpeakOut! Email Petitions with support for unlimited campaigns. Each petition can use a form on your WordPress site to collect signatures and send a copy of its configured message to a specified email address, such as a mayor or another intended recipient.
What Pro adds to email petitions
SpeakOut! Pro extends SpeakOut! Email Petitions with support for unlimited campaigns. Each petition can use a form on your WordPress site to collect signatures and send a copy of its configured message to a specified email address, such as a mayor or another intended recipient.
The message is signed with the contact information supplied by the form submitter. Submitters can also select to receive a BCC copy of the email.
Campaign records and controls
Signatures are stored in the WordPress database for review and management. You can export them to CSV for work elsewhere. The add-on includes export functionality, not an import function.
Set a signature goal to display a progress bar toward the target. The goal can update automatically when a specified percentage is reached. You can also set a date for the petition to stop accepting new signatures.
Sharing and mailing integrations
After signing, users can share the petition page on Facebook or X. An email sharing option gives them another way to pass it along. Pro also includes expanded integration with third-party mailing services for workflows that connect petition activity with broader email communications.
Set up a campaign
- Create a petition campaign and add its form to your WordPress website.
- Specify the recipient email address and configure the petition message.
- Allow submitters to provide contact information and optionally receive a BCC copy.
- Set a signature goal, progress behavior, and closing date where appropriate.
- Review stored signatures and export them to CSV for further analysis.
- Use social and email sharing options to help visitors spread the petition.
Configure the petition options before publishing. Test the submission flow to check that the message reaches its intended recipient and that the available sharing choices fit the campaign.
