Connect a mailer
The setup is designed to connect your preferred mailer in three steps. Supported settings include Amazon SES, SendGrid, Gmail, Outlook, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Online, Mailgun, Brevo, Zoho, Postmark, MailJet, SMTP.com, SendPulse, Mandrill by Mailchimp, IONOS, Yournotify, MessageBird, Pepipost, custom SMTP, and your hosting provider's email server.
Review email activity
Open and click tracking shows which transactional and marketing emails were opened and which links were clicked. Reports use charts and statistics to show sending volume, open rates, and click activity over time. Use these views to review changes in email activity; a test email can help check the mailer configuration.
Search and manage logs
- Keep email logs with message content and metadata.
- Search by subject, recipient, and other available details; filter entries and show or conceal columns.
- Export logs to CSV or import email history from WP Mail SMTP, Easy WP SMTP, and other previous SMTP plugins.
- Choose to keep logs indefinitely or automatically retain the latest 7 to 365 days.
Weekly and monthly summary reports can be delivered to your inbox.
WooCommerce and development utilities
Preview and send real WooCommerce transactional order emails before customers receive them. YaySMTP also includes fallback mailer support, a test email option, and development mode to disable email delivery. One-click migration and a clean interface help with changes from another SMTP add-on.
