WPZOOM Forms PRO adds tools for building WordPress forms and managing the information users submit. Create forms in a dedicated drag-and-drop builder in the WordPress dashboard, then publish them with the WPZOOM Form block, Elementor widget, or a shortcode. Shortcodes also work with themes, page builders, widget areas, and the Classic Editor.

Choose a creation method

Start with a ready-to-use template or describe the form you need in plain language for the AI Form Generator to create a configured form. Templates cover contact requests, quotes, feedback, appointments, leads, waitlists, demos, events, support, education, real estate, restaurants, and local services. PRO also includes more than 20 industry-specific templates, with examples such as business consultations, project inquiries, patient intake, job applications, and restaurant reservations.

When submissions need extra detail

Add file upload fields to accept PDFs and images, such as resumes, cover letters, project files, portfolios, and support attachments. Conditional logic can show or conceal fields based on earlier answers. Number fields validate numeric entries, while date and time pickers can collect booking or appointment details. The time picker supports 12-hour and 24-hour formats with configurable minute intervals.

Hidden fields can capture UTM parameters, referrer data, and other metadata. A GDPR consent field lets you add a checkbox with customizable text and a link to your privacy policy.

When follow-up needs a specific format

Connect a form to Mailchimp to add submissions to an audience for newsletter signups or other email marketing. Custom email notifications use a visual editor with dynamic field tags and customizable layouts, so messages can include submitted information and match your branding.

AJAX submissions send a form without reloading the page and show a confirmation message there. This option suits forms where visitors should see confirmation without a full page refresh.

Submission handling and publishing

Submissions are stored in the WordPress dashboard, where you can search and filter entries. PRO can export submissions to CSV. You can also export and import forms as JSON to transfer them between sites or keep backups, and duplicate a form to create a variation.

Forms are mobile responsive. Spam protection supports Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3, Akismet, and Cloudflare Turnstile. To publish a form, choose the WPZOOM Form block, Elementor widget, or shortcode for the page or area where it should appear.

Install WPZOOM Forms PRO in WordPress, open its dashboard section, and create a form with the builder or a template. Configure the PRO options needed for that form, such as Mailchimp, file uploads, conditional logic, AJAX submissions, or custom email notifications. Then publish it with a block, Elementor widget, or shortcode.
