Choose the WordPress events that send messages

WSMS All-in-One combines premium add-ons for WSMS, formerly known as WP SMS. It supports customer notifications, account access tools, subscriber communication, and administrative alerts by SMS or MMS. You can use it with online stores, membership websites, forms, booking systems, and marketing workflows.

WordPress activity is sent through a configured SMS gateway. For another SMS API, the built-in Custom Gateway accepts custom HTTP headers, parameters, and a raw JSON body. The gateway is a dependency for message delivery, and its plan determines sending limits.

What account verification changes

One-time passwords (OTP) and two-factor authentication add a verification step to login and registration. Users can also log in with a mobile number. These options add account checks for customer and membership websites.

Send messages, receive replies, or collect subscribers

• Scheduled and recurring messages: plan SMS or MMS for later delivery or repeated communication.
• Bulk SMS: send to multiple recipients, with asynchronous sending for larger volumes.
• Two-way SMS: receive and reply to messages in an inbox inside WordPress.

• Marketing workflows: connect SMS with supported marketing automation services.
• Message links: use the included URL-shortening service integration when creating links.

Connect store, form, membership, and booking activity

WSMS integrates with e-commerce platforms and form builders. For WooCommerce, the package includes login verification, checkout verification, and order updates. It also supports membership platform integrations, advanced SMS capabilities for form builders, and compatibility with booking systems.

A form can trigger a text message, and store orders can prompt customer updates. Account and booking events can also be part of a wider communication workflow. A messaging button lets users contact your business through available messaging channels.

Select a gateway and account for its sending limits

WSMS connects to more than 270 SMS gateways worldwide, with providers across global, European, GCC, Middle Eastern, Asia-Pacific, African, and Latin American markets. Premium gateway options include Twilio, Vonage, Plivo, Clickatell, and Taqnyat. Sending limits depend on the plan for the selected gateway.

Administrators can receive alerts about new user registrations, logins, published posts, and available WordPress updates. The add-on also includes tools designed to support responsible user-data management and GDPR compliance.

Set up the messaging workflow

Install WSMS in WordPress, then configure a supported SMS gateway or enter the settings for another SMS API in Custom Gateway.
