Set up and publish a form
Install and activate WS Form PRO in WordPress, then go to WS Form > Add New. Choose a single-click template or start with a blank form. Add fields with the drag-and-drop editor, configure the required behavior and integrations, and click Publish. Add the form through a supported page builder, including Beaver Builder, Block Editor, Bricks, Divi, Elementor, Oxygen, and others, or use the WS Form shortcode with another builder.
Fields, calculations, and form behavior
WS Form PRO includes more than 65 feature-rich field types. Examples include Color Picker, Date / Time, File Upload, Google Address, Google Map, Google Routing, HTML, Legal, Media Capture with QR code reader, Price, Progress Bar, Range Slider, Rating, Save, Signature, and Validation fields. hCaptcha and reCAPTCHA field settings are also included.
Calculated Fields derive values from user input. Conditional Logic controls form behavior, while Cascading Select, Checkbox, and Radio Fields support connected selection workflows. For longer interactions, forms can use Conversational Forms, multiple tabs, repeatable sections, and save-progress functionality.
