WP Social Ninja Pro brings social feeds, business reviews, chat widgets and notification popups to WordPress. Connect supported sources, configure how their content appears and place each presentation on the relevant page or site area.

Feed choices and display controls

The Pro edition works with multiple business accounts and feeds from Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and other supported platforms. Build feeds around hashtags, photos, videos or live streams. Facebook Event Feed and Album Feed content are supported, along with Instagram Shoppable Feed for product-focused social content.

• Choose grid, carousel or masonry layouts and use filters to organize feed content.
• Set YouTube autoplay and custom play mode options.
• Use Load More to make additional content available to visitors.
• Keep feeds updated with Auto Sync and use email alerts for feed issues.

Listed feed capabilities also include page builder compatibility, locally saved pictures and GDPR compliance.

Review sources and presentation

Collect and display business reviews from supported sources including Google Business Profile, Yelp, Airbnb, Facebook, WooCommerce, Booking.com, Tripadvisor, AliExpress, Fluent Forms and custom reviews. Present reviews on dedicated pages or in notification popups. WooCommerce reviews can show product feedback, while Facebook recommendations and customer-submitted Fluent Forms reviews provide other forms of customer commentary.

Customize review layouts and templates, select automatic or manual syncing, control review counts and ordering, and fetch Tripadvisor and Booking.com reviews by language.

Social chat widgets

Connect more than 15 social chat widgets. Options include WhatsApp Chat, Messenger Chat and Telegram Chat, giving visitors a way to contact your business through supported channels.

Setup and placement

For a feed, connect a source and create the feed, customize its appearance and style, then copy the shortcode and place it where the content should appear. Add WP Social Ninja Pro to WordPress, connect the social or review sources you want to use, and configure the available layout, styling and display settings. For product-focused websites, configure the Instagram Shoppable Feed when using that Pro capability.
