Build a table from WooCommerce products
Product Table for WooCommerce Premium presents products in searchable tables that customers can use to browse, compare, and order entries. Create multiple tables and add them to pages or posts with a shortcode. This format can suit restaurant ordering, wholesale catalogs, books, courses, and music products.
Choose products, search fields, and columns
Configure a table's product query with categories, taxonomies, tags, menu order, and price limits. Include or exclude selected products or categories, limit the products shown, and sort results by values. Customers can search or filter by categories, tags, attributes such as color and size, custom fields, SKU, or other taxonomy data. Search can be scoped to selected product information.
Show product attributes in separate columns and make them available in the search box. Add custom columns and configure each one individually. A description column can display product specifications for comparison.
Show variations and manage cart actions
Display each variation in its own row. On variable product pages, a variation table can replace the default variation dropdown and display the selected table across those pages. Variation labels can appear in the table, and product settings can be preselected.
With the Quick Order Table, customers add products to the cart by changing quantities. Customize add-to-cart buttons and set the table to redirect customers to the cart or checkout after adding a product. A floating mini cart can be shown or hidden and customized.
Place tables on pages and archives
Add tables to shop, archive, category, tag, and taxonomy areas, including individual variation product pages. Archive placement can replace the default archive display. Archive tables use the WooCommerce default product query, and the advanced search box is unavailable there. Columns can be hidden from guest users or shown only to logged-in users.
Other options include instant search, a load more button, pagination, popup notices, graphical stock status, and audio playback in an audio table. Table data can be exported and, where supported by the product process, imported.
Create and add a table shortcode
Install the plugin in WordPress and activate the Premium edition. Create a table, configure its products and columns, publish it, then place its shortcode on a page or post. The shortcode uses a required table ID, generated when the table is created, and an optional name to identify it. For example: [Product_Table ID='123' name='Table Name']. Review the table on the storefront and adjust its filters, ordering controls, visibility, and cart behavior for the intended workflow.
Developers can pass query arguments through shortcode attributes and customize functionality with action and filter hooks.
