PublishPress Planner Pro brings editorial and marketing planning tools into WordPress. Use its calendar to manage publication dates, its overview to review content by selected details, and its board to track progress by status.

Schedule content on the calendar

The Content Calendar shows planned and published content. Drag a post to change its publication date, or filter the calendar by post status, category, visitor or post type. By default, it shows WordPress content planned for the next few weeks.

Review work by category, user or status

Content Overview complements the date-based calendar. Choose WordPress data to display in columns, organize the view by status, categories or visitors, and print an overview of the plan.

The Content Board uses one column for each status. Drag posts between statuses such as Draft, Pending Review, Published and Scheduled to update their place in the workflow.

Notify the team about content changes

Configure notification processes around post types, categories, status changes and other content conditions. Users can subscribe to notifications for individual posts or through user groups. PublishPress Planner Pro also integrates notifications with Slack, where they can be sent to a channel. Recipients can reply without logging into WordPress.

Reminder notifications can be scheduled before or after a content item's publication date. For example, send editors a pre-publication reminder to proofread a post, or remind team members after publication to promote it on social media.
