Bulk editing for WooCommerce products

When several products need a price or text update, PW WooCommerce Bulk Edit Pro lets store administrators filter the catalog and edit selected products or variations in a spreadsheet-style editor. Make changes inline or apply them in bulk, then review Live Preview before saving. Edits remain unsaved until you save, and you can undo them beforehand. Price drops appear in red for review.

Product fields, prices and text

Edit product names, descriptions, SKUs, regular prices, tax status and class, stock management, stock quantity, backorders, stock status, catalog visibility and featured status. The Pro edition adds fields such as categories, sale prices and dates, along with other catalog values.

Change regular prices by a fixed amount or percentage. Text utilities can search and replace, append or prepend text, and change capitalization. Pro also supports bulk changes to Sale Price based on Regular Price, plus regular expressions for searching and replacing text values.

Filters and repeat catalog tasks

Use wildcard searches to find products or values that need attention. Pro adds the “Is Empty” and “Is Not Empty” filters for locating incomplete fields, and lets you save and load filter sets for recurring work.

Variations, attributes and pictures

Edit variations as well as simple products, including their prices, SKUs and stock. Pro lets you create variations, modify selected attributes, and set or clear product pictures in bulk.

Editor controls and compatibility

Keyboard navigation and shortcut controls support movement through the spreadsheet-style editor. Apply a change to a batch, then refine individual products before saving.

The Pro version lists support for WooCommerce Brands, MultiVendorX, YITH Multi Vendor and Dokan Multi Vendor Marketplace. The plugin is also compatible with WooCommerce High Performance Order Storage.
