Order Tracking Premium for WordPress Orders and Projects

The same records can represent projects, repairs, production work, approvals, or other processes that move through statuses.

Order details shape tracking results
Add the Tracking Form block or [tracking-form] shortcode to a page. The details you choose to display determine what customers see in results; blank fields can be hidden, and orders can be printed from the tracking page. Results can load with AJAX or open in a new window. Set tracking access for public viewing, email verification, or login-required access.
Locations can be connected to orders, statuses, and status updates. Custom fields hold details such as weight, estimated delivery, or price. Public and private notes provide space for other order or project information. Layouts, labels, templates, CSS, date formats, and time zones let you adapt the presentation.
WooCommerce checkout makes tracking records
When the WooCommerce integration is enabled, a shop checkout can automatically create a corresponding order in the tracking system. The integration can assign an order number with a configurable prefix or suffix, send an update email, and synchronize supported WooCommerce and tracking statuses according to the integration options.
Customer and sales rep assignments
Create customer and sales rep records, then assign orders to them. A customer tracking form can list one customer's orders with links to individual tracking pages. When a customer is associated with a WordPress user account, they can log in and view their orders without entering tracking information. Sales reps associated with user accounts can use an administration portal to manage their assigned orders, or a front-end form to view those orders in a table. Customers and sales reps can download or export their orders from the front end.
Customer-submitted orders and bulk updates
A customer order form lets customers submit orders that can then be managed like other records. PayPal can allow or require payment for orders, and Google reCAPTCHA can protect the customer order form. Import spreadsheet data to add or update orders in bulk, then export order data for bulk processes, reporting, or transfer to another system.
Use the workflow for projects
For project management, treat orders as projects and use sales reps as project managers. Assign projects to customers and managers, then change labels such as “order” and “sales rep” to fit the terms used in your workflow. Statuses, locations, notes, and tracking results connect each project to its current progress.
Set up the tracking page
After installing and activating the extension in WordPress, follow the included walkthrough to configure statuses and create a tracking page. Add the Tracking Form block or shortcode, then set displayed fields, access, notifications, labels, styling, payment options, and any customer form or WooCommerce features you plan to use.
