Bit Form Pro is the paid edition of Bit Form, a visual, no-code builder for responsive WordPress forms. It adds fields and workflow controls for payment collection, verification, document generation, authentication, and submission management. Create contact, support, registration, booking, order, survey, lead-generation, calculator, payment, file-upload, conversational, and multi-step forms.
Fields and form behavior
Pro fields include advanced date-time, email OTP verification (a one-time password sent by email), signatures, shortcodes, draft buttons, advanced file uploads, and payment fields for PayPal, Razorpay, Stripe, and Mollie. Advanced multi-step controls organize longer forms into stages, while individual field styling lets you adjust specific inputs.
Bit Form's free edition includes basic display-and-hide conditional logic. Pro adds actions to enable or disable fields, change values, labels, or helper text, and make fields read-only or writable. Rules can use AND or OR conditions, groups, nested conditions, and Else If or Else branches. Advanced file upload settings provide additional controls for forms that collect files and other files.
Payments, verification, and notifications
Use payment fields to collect payments through PayPal, Razorpay, Stripe, or Mollie. They can be combined with contact details, uploads, conditional rules, and notifications in payment, order, booking, donation, or registration forms.
Email OTP verification checks an email address with a one-time password. Double opt-in can require users to confirm their email before selected actions run. Pro also includes honeypot spam protection and WordPress authentication forms for registration, login, forgotten passwords, and password resets. Authentication settings can map fields to WordPress visitor fields, assign roles, set approval methods, send user and admin notifications, and redirect users after submission.
Advanced email notifications support PDF attachments. PDF generation uses submitted form data to make documents, with templates that can include field smart tags and settings for file name, password, download link, paper size, orientation, font, watermark, and language direction. These options can be used for records, receipts, applications, and other form documents.
Submissions and connected workflows
Form abandonment and partial submission capabilities can save progress when a user leaves before completing a form. Logged-in users can save drafts, and saved progress can be repopulated when they return. Data views and entry editing help manage submitted information; front-end views can be configured to let users see their own entries or allow selected roles to view other entries.
Pro also works with API connections, custom post types, and capture of the Google Ads click ID (GCLID) with form activity. Landing form and standalone form pages let you present a form on its own page. Custom theme management and theme style export and import help organize form styling, while multisite support accommodates WordPress network installations.
Set up a form
Install Bit Form Pro on the WordPress site where you use Bit Form. In the builder, pick or create a form, add the fields you need, then configure its conditional rules, notifications, payment options, styling, and entry workflow. Review the form in its intended page or standalone presentation before publishing.
