Pro adds workflow controls
Pro includes radio button and dropdown auto-advance, plus product field support, poll, quiz and survey workflow support, conditional logic handling, and support for the Gravity Forms Conversational Forms Add-On. Its presentation settings include settings to hide Next and Previous buttons where appropriate, transition animations, and step color controls.
Plus works with more trigger fields
Plus includes Pro capabilities and adds auto-advance for checkbox, text, textarea, number, and address fields. It also upgrades conversational form functionality for one-question-at-a-time experiences and includes unlimited-site licensing for client and agency work.
Use it for multi-step forms
These options can support lead generation, client intake, quote requests, onboarding, quizzes, surveys, and product processes. Pro fits forms that need added workflow or navigation controls; Plus suits flows that collect a wider range of answers or need upgraded conversational functionality.
Set up and test the form
- Install and activate the paid edition on your WordPress site.
- Open or make a multi-page form in Gravity Forms and pick a supported trigger field.
- Open that field's settings, configure Auto Advance and any available navigation or presentation options, then save the form.
- Test the visitor flow, including conditional paths and any product, poll, quiz, survey, or conversational steps you use.
You can use two triggers on one form page if neither is marked required. If both are required, the form will show an error and will not advance.
