Build a multivendor marketplace with Dokan Pro

Dokan Pro is a paid extension for creating and managing a multivendor marketplace on WordPress with WooCommerce. It is designed for marketplaces where multiple vendors sell products while the administrator manages the overall platform and earns through vendor or product-based commissions.

The platform can support marketplaces for physical products, digital downloads, bookings, auctions, subscriptions, local selling, print-on-demand, B2B, B2C, P2B, and D2C models. Vendors can operate individual stores, while customers view products and interact with vendors through marketplace functions.

Tools for marketplace administrators

Dokan Pro gives administrators control over important marketplace operations. Admins can view and modify vendor products, manage product publishing settings, and review comprehensive earning reports. Reports can be categorized by day, year, or vendor, with individual earning reports available for each vendor.

Marketplace settings include vendor shop URLs, store maps, contact forms, store sidebars, vendor review editing permissions, and withdrawal order status. Administrators can also configure automatic withdrawal disbursement according to an amount or time period. Widgets include best vendor, featured vendor, store contact, and store location options.

Vendor and customer processes

Dokan Pro supports vendor-focused management through features such as the Vendor Dashboard, Vendor Analytics, Vendor Staff Manager, Vendor Review, Seller Badge, Vendor Support, Vendor Vacation, and Seller Verification modules. Vendors can also receive tools for product management, store support, shipping conditions, wholesale selling, and product inquiries.

Customers can communicate with vendors and administrators through the Product Enquiry module. Additional customer-facing options include live chat, store following, geolocation, product reviews, return and warranty requests, and delivery tracking through the Dokan Delivery Driver App. The delivery process includes real-time order tracking, timeline updates, and communication between administrators, vendors, customers, and delivery drivers.

Commerce and marketplace extensions

Available Pro modules cover a broad range of marketplace requirements. These include subscriptions, bookings, simple auctions, product add-ons, single-product multivendor selling, request for quotation, vendor coupons, product duplication, Ajax live search, and PDF invoices. Payment and marketplace integrations listed for Pro include Stripe Connect, Stripe Express, Paystack, Razorpay, PayPal Marketplace, and MANGOPAY.

Other listed capabilities include WPML integration, Rank Math SEO integration, EU compliance fields, colour scheme customization, report abuse, product store support, and WC Vendor migration.
