Choose how a popup opens

ITRO WordPress Marketing PRO lets you create and manage multiple popup campaigns in WordPress. Set a popup to appear automatically on selected pages, open it after a visitor clicks, or place it with a shortcode. Shortcodes are available for automatic popups, on-click popups, and contact forms. Responsive layouts are intended to adapt across screen sizes, and the dashboard editor lets you configure content and behavior without writing code.

Use popups for promotional messages, calls to action, contact information, or social-focused content. You can also embed videos from YouTube or Vimeo and add animation effects to the presentation.

Collect contacts and handle requests

The visual contact form builder helps you create contact popups without manually writing the form structure. A support request management system is also included for handling support-oriented requests within the available process.

Mailchimp integration connects popup campaigns with mailing-list activity. The PRO feature set includes autoresponders and automatic synchronization, along with SMTP authentication and an autoresponder popup option.

Review activity and popup behavior

Use the link clicks counter or download counter to monitor activity around selected links or downloads. For display and closing behavior, the available options include automatic centering, countdown closing, and cookie expiration controls. You can also customize visual settings and select the pages where a popup appears.

An age-validation option can restrict navigation until a visitor declares they are above the applicable local legal age. It is intended for sites featuring age-sensitive material such as tobacco, alcohol, violence, or bad language.

Configure a campaign

Install the plugin in WordPress and open its administration settings to configure popup content and behavior. Use the editor for text, select the pages where the popup should appear, and choose its display method. For interaction-based campaigns, configure an on-click trigger or shortcode. Set up the relevant PRO option for forms, Mailchimp, video, or counters before publishing. Review the popup on its intended pages and adjust its responsive presentation, appearance, timing, closing behavior, or cookie duration as needed.
