Choose a source and export scope
Export WordPress Pages to Static HTML Pro creates standalone HTML packages from WordPress pages, posts, and custom post types. Share the files with developers, deliver them to clients, archive them, or host them without a WordPress installation. Pro removes the free version’s limit of five posts or pages per execute.
For a focused export, pick one item, hand-pick pages or posts, or choose specific custom post types. Broader options include all pages, all posts, bulk exports, or a complete WordPress website. Full-site conversion works with URL discovery and crawling. External Site Export can mirror an external URL into a static package.
Set content and viewing options
Include Published, Draft, Private, Pending, or Scheduled content. You can also render pages as viewed by a specific WordPress user role when preparing membership or gated-content previews. The rendered front-end HTML preserves layouts from Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, Bricks, and Gutenberg.
Organize and deliver the files
Exports can place resources in /pictures, /css, and /js directories. Choose Strict, Hybrid, or Full asset discovery. For selected parent posts, flatten parent URLs to save files at the root as postname.html.
Browse the generated static files inside WordPress, then download them as a ZIP archive or upload them through FTP or SFTP. Pro also supports direct deployment to AWS S3 buckets.
Track each export job
Background jobs can be paused, resumed, canceled, or retried. The job tracks failed URLs with error messages and retry counts, so you can rerun failed URLs without restarting the entire export. Export files are written to a separate directory, leaving the live site unchanged during the process.
Before exporting, System Status diagnostics check items such as the PHP version, permissions, and REST API for environment issues that could affect the job. Shortcodes can add export buttons to posts or pages for allowed roles, including [export_html_button].
Install and run an export
Install the Pro extension on the WordPress site that contains the content. Open Tools → Export WP Pages to Static HTML, choose the export scope, select content and any status or role settings, then choose an asset mode. Start the export and review the generated result. Download the ZIP or upload the files to a remote destination.
For selective and large-scale delivery
Use the resulting packages for client handoffs, campaign archives, offline copies, or static hosting projects. The add-on combines targeted content selection with bulk and full-site options, organized assets, background processing, and deployment utilities. Pro includes priority support and updates.
