Transfer accounts as files

Export and Import Users and Customers Premium imports and exports WordPress visitors and WooCommerce clients in bulk. Use it to move records between sites, make downloadable backups, prepare spreadsheet edits, or update existing accounts. It supports CSV, XML, XLS, and XLSX files, with batch processing for larger jobs.

Prepare and map an import

For a CSV import, put visitor details under labeled columns, use the expected value formats, and save the file with a .csv extension in UTF-8 encoding. You can create or edit CSV files in Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice, LibreOffice, or Google Sheets. During setup, map each header to its corresponding WordPress user field and apply transformations if incoming values need adjustment. Evaluation Fields can apply dynamic changes across imported records.

After mapping the fields, choose whether existing users should be updated or skipped, then execute the import. When moving users to another site, you can retain their existing passwords. You can also choose whether to send import emails. Imports can use a local file, URL, Google Sheets, or FTP; FTP imports and exports can be scheduled with Cron.

Choose the records and fields

Filter exports by one or more user roles, email address, or the date users were added. Set an offset and limit to control the record range, choose ascending or descending order, and search by username or email. Suggestions can help choose names and email addresses. Guest customer exports can include people who bought products without creating an account. On WordPress multisite, you can export users from each sub-site.

Map and transform output fields to control how information appears in the exported file. Premium can include custom and hidden user meta alongside standard user data. Download the result for a site transfer, backup, or spreadsheet editing.
