GS Team Members Pro organizes people and their details into a WordPress team directory or visual showcase. Add member profiles, arrange their order, select how visitors open each profile, then create and preview the display with a shortcode.

Choose a layout and profile view

Select from more than 50 designs, including Grid, Circle, Horizontal, Flip, Drawer, Table, List, Slider, Popup, Filter, Panel and Gray view. Set profile links to open a Single Team Page, Popup, Panel or Drawer. Each of those four profile views has five design settings. Image controls include Thumbnail, Medium, Large and other available sources, and responsive column settings range from one to six across desktop, tablet, portrait mobile and mobile screens.

Build profiles and organize members

Member entries can include a name, description, designation, company and company website, along with phone numbers, email, address, ZIP code and a vCard link. Add a ribbon, group or department, language, location, gender, specialty, skills and member pictures. Flip layouts can use a separate flip image. Profiles support 470 social and brand icons with links.

Arrange members and groups with drag and drop, or set a custom order in the shortcode query settings. Add as many members as needed. Advanced Custom Fields integration and CSV bulk import support more detailed records; bulk uploads can also localize data for languages such as Japanese and Chinese.

Filter, search and sort the display

Filter controls depend on the selected theme, and some themes do not support filtering. On supported shows, options include filters for designation, category, location, language, gender and specialty, plus searches by name, company or ZIP code. Multi-select filters and a reset button are available. Query settings can limit members, include or exclude groups, and sort by date, team ID, name, random order or custom order, with ascending or descending direction.

For supported displays, pagination options include numbered or AJAX pagination, a Load More button, infinite scroll and AJAX filtering. Shortcode settings also control which profile details appear, image sizes, responsive columns and link behavior.

Style and add the showcase to a page

Create or edit a shortcode in the settings panel, adjust general, style and query options, then check the live preview. Style controls cover member names, roles, descriptions, information icons, backgrounds, ribbons, carousel navigation and filter tabs. Add custom CSS, use archive templates or override default templates for further changes. Multiple shortcodes can appear on the same page.

Use the shortcode [gsteam id=1] in supported site areas. Blocks and integrations are available for Gutenberg, Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, Beaver Builder, Oxygen, UX Builder for Flatsome, TagDiv Composer and Genesis. The plugin also supports RTL layouts and translation documents, with WPML and Loco Translate support. Google Fonts can be disabled, and conditional script loading can limit assets to pages where they are needed.
