WCPOS Pro extends a WooCommerce point-of-sale workspace for sales at a counter, on the road, or over the phone. It uses the store’s catalog, stock, and prices. Open the POS in a browser or use the desktop apps for Windows and macOS. iOS and Android apps are in beta.

Products stored locally can still be browsed and added to carts during a connection drop. Payment requires a connection, and changes sync after reconnection.

Manage sales from the register

Adjust stock levels and prices, reopen older orders, and print their receipts from the POS. You can also create clients and edit their details without switching to the WordPress administration area.

Take payments and handle adjustments

For in-person card payments, WCPOS Pro supports Stripe Terminal and SumUp readers. Checkout can also use WooCommerce payment gateways, including Stripe, PayPal, Square, and Mollie. Apply coupons using search, coupon pills, or sequential discounts. Refund completed POS orders directly from the till.

Set up locations and review daily activity

Manage multiple store locations with their own tax settings, prices, and receipt configurations. End-of-day reports summarize sales, transactions, and cash flow to help with reconciliation.

Connect scanners and receipt printers

WCPOS supports standard barcode scanners and 58mm or 80mm thermal receipt printers connected by network, Bluetooth, or USB. Receipt templates include receipts, invoices, quotes, packing slips, gift receipts, and kitchen tickets. Choose a template from the built-in gallery or styling one of your own.

A customer tax number field supports details such as VAT, ABN, and GST. The interface is available in most major languages, with built-in live chat support. Pro users also receive priority Discord support through private chat.

Requirements

Install WCPOS on a WordPress website running WooCommerce. The supplied requirements are WordPress 5.6 or newer, WooCommerce 5.3 or newer, and PHP 7.4 or newer.
