Wallet credit at checkout and for refunds

Wallet for WooCommerce Pro extends a digital wallet and store credit system for WooCommerce. Customers can add funds from their dashboard using supported payment methods, pay for an order with their wallet balance, and transfer funds by email to other registered visitors.

Customers can use their balance for a full order or, when partial payment is enabled, combine wallet funds with another payment gateway. A separate auto-deduct option applies available wallet credit as a checkout discount. Store owners can credit a customer’s wallet when processing a refund.

Cashback rules and customer rewards

Set cashback according to cart totals, individual products, or product categories. The order status that triggers cashback is configurable. WooCommerce coupons can be converted into wallet rewards, and clients can receive credit for registering, visiting daily, or reviewing products. Daily visit rewards are limited to once per calendar day, with an optional first-purchase requirement and monthly cap.

Pro adds a milestone bonus when a customer’s lifetime spending reaches a threshold you set, and a birthday credit once a year.

Pro controls for balances and reporting

• Let customers request withdrawals from their wallet balance to a bank or another payment method.
• Set expiration dates for wallet balances or cashback.
• Create wallet coupons that customers can redeem into their wallets.
• Bulk import wallet balances and transaction history from CSV files.
• Credit AffiliateWP commissions directly to a visitor’s wallet.
• Review credit approaching expiration, credit not expected to be spent, withdrawals, and coupons in breakage and aging reports.

The wallet dashboard shows withdrawal and coupon activity. In the administration area, store owners can review balances and transaction history, manually credit or debit a balance with notes, and lock or unlock wallets.

Checkout compatibility and currency handling

The plugin works with WooCommerce Blocks checkout, WPML, and WooCommerce Subscriptions, with support for Dokan, WCFM, and WCMarketplace. Multi-currency integrations include YayCurrency, WOOCS, WPML Multilingual and Multi-Currency, CURCY, and Aelia Currency Switcher. With these providers, wallet balances, top-ups, transfers, and cashback are converted using the provider’s live rates.

A fallback can detect the active currency through the woocommerce_currency filter. If conversion is unavailable, it uses the stored amount and records an audit-log warning.

Review balances and transaction history in the administration area, then set any needed expiry, withdrawal, coupon, importer, affiliate, or reporting rules.
