WC Cancel Order Pro: Rules for Full and Partial Cancellations
WC Cancel Order Pro extends the WC Cancel Order workflow. Customers can request cancellation from the WooCommerce My Account order page, and administrators can review requests in the WC Cancel area and approve or decline them. When partial cancellations are enabled, customers can choose specific items and quantities. If full and partial options are both available, a unified Cancel Request button can present the choice.
Set cancellation access and choices
WC Cancel Order Pro extends the WC Cancel Order workflow. Customers can request cancellation from the WooCommerce My Account order page, and administrators can review requests in the WC Cancel area and approve or decline them. When partial cancellations are enabled, customers can choose specific items and quantities. If full and partial options are both available, a unified Cancel Request button can present the choice.
Limit cancellation availability by order status and visitor role. For selected statuses, stores can also allow direct, immediate cancellations alongside requests. The request button can be hidden after a configured period measured in minutes, hours, days, months or years. Guests can submit requests through the unique cancellation link in their order email without a registered account.
Choose how approved requests are settled
When approving a request, an administrator can choose an automatic gateway refund, a manual refund or wallet credit. These methods support full and partial refunds, and transaction IDs are recorded. Inventory can be restocked automatically when a refund is issued.
An approved refund can become shop wallet credit instead of a gateway refund. Customers can spend their available balance at checkout through the wallet payment gateway. Administrators can review available balances, total received and total spent in the wallet dashboard, then inspect wallet credits and debits by order.
A cancellation fee can be set as a fixed amount or a percentage of the order total. The fee appears in the cancellation popup before confirmation and is deducted from the refund when the request is approved. It is also shown in the administration popup, order notes, customer email and Cancellation Requests dashboard.
Collect request details and send updates
Stores can require cancellation details and show them in the request popup. Administrators can define cancellation reasons displayed as radio buttons and require the reason, an additional text field or both. A custom note can also appear in the popup.
Email notifications can go to administrators and customers when a request is received, approved or declined. Wallet-credit receipts are supported. Stores can assign a specific order status when a request is approved or declined.
Review requests and configure the store
The merged Cancellation Requests dashboard lists full and partial requests together and works with bulk actions. WC Cancel Order Pro supports Ultimate Member and WooCommerce Subscriptions and is translation ready.
After adding the plugin to a WooCommerce store, configure eligible order statuses, cancellation types, user roles, request fields, reason options, refund methods, fees, wallet behavior, notifications and approval outcomes. Consider both registered-customer and guest processes when reviewing the settings. For premium-version help, contact the publisher directly rather than using the WordPress support forum.
