Seller management
Vendors use a frontend dashboard to manage products, orders, and coupons, review sales and order information, and mark orders as shipped. They can add tracking numbers to orders. Administrators control the vendor product forms, including which fields are visible and required. Customers can review products, and vendors cannot edit those reviews.
Marketplaces can list physical and digital goods, variable products, services, and second-hand entries. Bookings, subscription products, and auctions require their compatible WC Vendors add-ons.
Commissions and vendor plans
Commission rules can be set globally or by vendor or product. Options include percentage commissions, percentage plus a fee, fixed commissions, and fixed commissions plus a fee.
Vendor membership plans are available through the WC Vendors Membership add-on. Plans can set commissions and limits for products, categories, files, and storage. WooCommerce Subscriptions can be used for subscription-based vendor memberships.
Storefronts and shipping
Pro includes multiple storefront styles, vendor-specific shortcodes, and 10 vendor-focused widgets for widget-enabled areas of the active theme. Vendors can add store notices, set vacation mode and opening hours, and manage store details.
Advanced shipping management supports shipping options at the product, vendor, or global level. Compatible options include multi-carrier, table-rate, FedEx, and UPS shipping add-ons.
Payments and setup
Customer payments use WooCommerce-compatible payment gateways. Vendor commission payouts require a compatible solution, such as Stripe Connect, Payouts for WC Vendors, MangoPay for WooCommerce, Escrow for WooCommerce, Mollie Connect for WC Vendors, or Square Payment Gateway for WCVendors.
Install WooCommerce and WC Vendors, then install and activate WC Vendors Pro. Use the setup wizard to configure the marketplace, registration, commissions, product publishing, and customer information access. Create membership plans if needed, set storefront options, and connect suitable payment and shipping integrations before inviting sellers.
WC Vendors Marketplace does not support WordPress Multisite.
