Fraud Prevention For WooCommerce and EDD PRO
Fraud Prevention For WooCommerce and EDD PRO lets store administrators apply rules to customer registration and checkout. When a visitor matches a rule, the add-on can block them and display a custom message. Administrators can then review blocked user details and activity in the dashboard.

Administrators choose what to check
Build rules around the details relevant to your store. PRO criteria include first and last names, mobile phone numbers, suspicious email addresses, multiple IP addresses, domains and domain extensions such as .com, .in, and .uk. Rules can also use states, ZIP codes, shipping zones, user roles, and browsers such as Safari or Chrome. The plugin can check external blacklists of temporary email domains.
Visitors encounter rules at registration and checkout
Use registration rules to address suspicious account creation and checkout rules to block matching clients before an order is submitted. A custom message can tell blocked users what they see when a rule applies.
Administrators manage lists and review activity
View blacklisted user details and dashboard reports covering activity and orders. For larger location lists, upload blacklisted ZIP codes and states using Excel sheets. Import or export plugin options when migrating between WooCommerce websites.
Set up controls for your store
Install the PRO plugin on the WordPress website running your WooCommerce or EDD store. In the plugin settings, choose the customer details, locations, domains, browsers, and blacklist conditions to use. Add a message for blocked users, review the reports, and adjust rules as your store's needs change. The available guides cover uploading fraud customer data, blocking suspicious email addresses, holding a fraud order, and applying rules to registration and checkout forms.
