HollerBox Pro adds popup layouts, triggers, scheduling, and integrations to the HollerBox toolkit for WordPress. Use the visual builder to create offers, collect leads, and select where messages appear across a business site, store, blog, or course website.

Choose a format for the message

The builder supports opt-in forms, offer popups, slide-in notifications, lightboxes, fake chat conversations, and progress bars. Pro adds banners, footer bars, sidebars, and FOMO sale notifications. Set colors and fonts to fit your site, with custom CSS for further styling.

When a campaign needs placement and timing rules

Display conditions determine which posts, pages, and custom post types can show a popup. Combine multiple rules, use include and exclude conditions, and filter visibility by visitor behavior to tailor campaigns to different parts of your site.

Choose a trigger based on inactivity, an element click, time on page, scroll percentage, or exit intent. Date scheduling sets when a campaign or promotion is displayed.

After a user submits a form

Connect lead capture to ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Drip, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or MailPoet. HollerBox also connects with Groundhogg and can send data through Zapier or webhooks. These options let a form submission pass a lead to the marketing or CRM tool you use.

Once popups are active

Analytics let you track popup activity in real time, review impressions and conversion rates over time, filter reports by date, and see which pages convert most effectively. Use the reports to compare campaigns and adjust where or when messages appear.

When consent controls are enabled

GDPR-oriented settings can hide popups and prevent cookies until cookie consent is given. HollerBox is compatible with CookieYes. It is self-hosted, with no limits on the number of popups, impressions, or leads.

Set up the campaign

Install HollerBox on your WordPress site and open the popup builder. Create a campaign, select a layout, add an offer or opt-in form, adjust the styling, and define show conditions. Then choose triggers, scheduling, and any CRM, Zapier, or webhook connection the process needs. After the popup is active, review its results in analytics.
