Announcer Pro extends the Announcer notification bar add-on with controls for message placement, audience, and timing. A sticky or fixed bar can appear at the top or bottom of a website, and multiple active bars stack automatically. With Shortcode Placement, insert an announcement in selected posts, pages, or theme templates; conditional rules can also target specific pages, posts, or categories.

An announcement can contain text, images, HTML, or shortcodes from other add-ons, including form shortcodes. Adjust its layout, colors, show timing, and visitor behavior to fit the message.

Choose a message format and campaign timing

A bar can display one message or rotate several in a slider or auto-playing ticker, with next and previous navigation. Customizable countdown timers fit bars promoting limited-time offers. Entrance animations apply to banners, and call-to-action buttons can use effects. One-click duplication copies an existing announcement setup for a related message.

These formats support sales, discount coupons, seasonal offers, product launches, and event notices. A scheduled start and end time can control when an announcement displays.

Choose the audience and placement rules

Smart Visitor Targeting can display announcements according to traffic source, device type, operating system, browser, login status, user role, or visit count. These conditions let a site present various messages to visitors who meet different rules. WPML translated post language targeting is also supported.

Mobile-responsive layouts, multiple layout options, color customization, and smooth open and close transitions help control how the bar appears on the site.

Create and review an announcement

Install and activate Announcer Pro on the WordPress site, then create an announcement and define its content, position, display rules, and schedule. Add a call-to-action, shortcode, slider, ticker, timer, or targeting condition as needed. Review the result on the relevant pages and adjust the settings before publishing.
