Move from standard emails to store-specific templates

Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce Pro works with WooCommerce and lets you change email content and appearance in a visual editor, without coding knowledge. Arrange elements by dragging them into place, then adjust their content and styling. Pro includes the free version capabilities, along with tools for reusable content, conditional templates, product suggestions, coupons, and attachments.

Arrange content and order information

Add text, dividers, social icons, images, buttons, menu bars, contact information, and spacers. Text options include font size, text color, alignment, borders, links, images, shortcodes, social icons, background color, padding, and margins. Images, buttons, dividers, and other elements have their own controls for spacing, colors, borders, and alignment.

WooCommerce elements can show order details, billing and shipping addresses, and other WooCommerce content available in the editor. Add the WC Hook element and reposition it within the template.

Choose content and templates for each order

Create multiple templates for orders and apply rules based on payment method, billing country, minimum or maximum order price, order products, or order language. For language-related conditions, the add-on works with WPML, Polylang, or TranslatePress.

• Reusable blocks: Create customizable blocks and add them to any template.
• Product suggestions: Link recommended products to their individual product pages.
• Coupons: Show coupon information and let customers copy a code to use with their order.
• Posts: Add posts to emails with links to those posts in your store.
• Attachments: Send documents with emails.

A click and order report shows how many times customers click and order suggested products.

Review and move templates

Preview templates in desktop and mobile views, then send a test email before using them for real messages. Choose left-to-right or right-to-left text direction for different language layouts. Import or export templates to another website where the extension is installed and activated.

Set up the editing workflow

Install and activate WooCommerce first, then install and activate Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce Pro. Open the template editor and choose the email to personalize. Add elements and arrange them with drag-and-drop controls, adjust their content and styling, configure any rules or notes.
