Email Address Encoder Premium for WordPress Email Protection
Email Address Encoder searches WordPress-filtered content for email addresses and mailto links, then encodes discovered addresses as decimal and hexadecimal HTML entities. This makes them harder for most email-harvesting robots to read. Filter-based encoding works without JavaScript and covers posts, pages, comments, excerpts, text widgets, and other filtered content.

Extend coverage across the page
Email Address Encoder Premium adds full-page coverage for email addresses that may appear outside those filtered areas. It also uses hardened JavaScript and CSS techniques, improves phone-number protection with polymorphous ROT47/CSS techniques, and includes built-in support for ACF, Jetpack, WooCommerce, and many other add-ons.
Apply protection with a shortcode
Use the [encode] shortcode for phone numbers or other content that needs direct protection. Wrap a displayed phone number like this:
[encode]+1 (555) 123-4567[/encode]
For a telephone link, add the link attribute:
[encode link="tel:+15551234567"]+1 (555) 123-4567[/encode]
Check a page with the scanner
Open Settings > Email Encoder in WordPress and use the Page Scanner to review whether email addresses on your pages are protected. You can also inspect a page's plain HTML source. Browser developer utilities and web inspectors may decode decimal and hexadecimal entities automatically, so check the plain source when reviewing the encoded markup.
