Build templates with the visual editor

Start by selecting an email template and arranging its structure with rows and columns. Add the required elements to the columns, then edit their content and appearance. Text elements can include font details, border properties, and margin options. Images, dividers, gaps, buttons, and social elements each provide their own available controls.

The builder supports dynamic placeholders such as customer name, site name, visitor name, account and password URLs, customer notes, full name, order ID, and order creation date. Premium placeholders extend the available information with order, billing, and shipping data. This makes it possible to prepare reusable templates while retaining changing order and customer details.

Connect content to order emails

WooCommerce hooks can be added for common email sections, including the header, order details, order table, order meta, and customer details. Custom hooks can also display shortcodes from third-party extensions and add dynamic content to the template. Reusable template management

Templates can be exported from one store and imported into another. During export, the mapping that assigns a template to an email status and the subject of the respective email can also be copied. If a template needs to be restored, use the reset option in Email Customizer and Templates to return it to its original state.

Installation and setup

Install Email Customizer for WooCommerce Premium in your WordPress site, then open the Email Customizer templates area. Choose a WooCommerce email template, create its rows and columns, add the required elements, and configure the available design settings. Review the result with the live preview and use the test email feature to check its appearance.
