Templates for shop and account messages
EmailKit supports WordPress user registration and password reset emails. WooCommerce templates cover new, processing, completed, canceled, failed, on-hold, refunded, and partially refunded orders. You can also make messages for customer invoices and notes, low-stock and no-stock alerts, back orders, new accounts, and password resets. Failed-order emails can be designed for the customer or store administrator.
Order details in a branded layout
The builder includes more than 25 drag-and-drop elements. WooCommerce components include shipping and billing addresses, order entries, customer notes, back-order details, and stock alerts. General elements include headings, text, images, buttons, containers, columns, spacers, dividers, video, and social icons.
Arrange these components into email sections, then adjust text, fonts, colors, button styles, margins, padding, and layout. Pre-built templates can be edited throughout, including their text, images, buttons, and arrangement.
Preview and save your design
The editor includes a real-time preview, device-specific views for responsive editing, and an option to send a test email. Undo and redo controls help revise changes. You can also use template shortcodes and save a customized design for later use.
What you need to get started
Install WordPress and WooCommerce first. Then install and activate EmailKit, open its email customization area, choose a pre-built template or start with a blank layout, and add and style elements. Preview or test the email, make any adjustments, then save the finished template for later use.
